Do I need to be technical to get an agent built?
No. We handle all the configuration and deployment. You describe the workflow, we build the agent, and we document how to use it — no code required on your end.
What platforms does the agent run on?
Every agent we build is delivered as a portable configuration. It runs in Claude Code, OpenClaw, Paperclip, or any agent framework you already use. You're not locked to our platform.
What if my scope changes mid-build?
We scope tightly upfront to prevent this. If scope changes, we'll give you a clear change-order estimate before doing any additional work. The Standard Build is scoped to exactly one business function.
What does the Discovery Sprint include if I'm not sure what to build?
We audit up to three of your workflows, identify the highest-ROI automation, and deliver a prioritized roadmap plus a sample agent prompt you can keep. The $499 applies as a full credit toward any Build package.
How does the Monthly Retainer work?
After your agent goes live, workflows evolve. The $299/month retainer covers monthly prompt tuning, platform compatibility updates, and up to two workflow additions per month. Cancel any time.
